Order Processing

Western Big R is dedicated to delivering your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible. We’re currently offering curbside / in- store pickup only. Delivery and Shipping options may be offered in the future. 

In-Store Pickup

Depending on your location and the products you have chosen, your order may be eligible for in-store pickup. At checkout you will be able to choose a location near you and once processed your order will be picked up there. Your order will be reviewed and your card charged, the store will receive your order info, and within 2 business days the store location will email you or call you to let you know your order is ready for pick-up. Please bring the card that was charged and a photo ID to order pickup. For more information on the process or to ask questions please email custservonline@bigrwest.com or call 775-575-2491.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to pickup or shipping. Custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restock fees.   

Returns

Western Big R will gladly accept your returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

Merchandise must be in as-new condition (with tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn, etc.)

You must have proof of purchase for all cash returns.

If you do not have a receipt, the return will be made for the lowest sale price and for store credit only.

Big R does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Used items must be clean for return or exchange. 

We do not return or exchange clearance items. All clearance items, ammo, and power equipment are final sale.  

Power equipment items such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, air conditioners, power washers, compressors, generators (and any other power equipment not listed here) are not returnable. These items must go through the manufacturer's warranty for repair. 

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly. 

All returns must be approved by a store manager.

All web site returns are handled at the stores. Seasonal items may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Discontinued Footwear

Our discontinued and closeout footwear may not come in their original boxes. All sales are final for all discontinued, closeout and clearance footwear.
